Frequently Asked Questions
You can set up email addresses using your domain name through Workspace Email from Gfxbandits.
- Log in to your Account Manager.
- Click on Workspace Email.
- Next to the account you want to use, click on Manage.
- Next to the account you want to use, click on Set Up.
- Select the Account Credit you want to use (including type, size, and region).
- Select the Domain or Product you want to associate with this Email account, and then click on Set Up.
- Return to the Email list and next to the account you want to use, click on Manage. (You may need to refresh your browser for the new email plan to get it displayed in your list.)
- At the top of the Email Address list, click on Create.
- Enter the Email Address you want to create. For example,yourname@coolexample.com.
- Enter and confirm a Password for the new email address.
- Click on Create.
If this is the first time you’re setting up an email address and you want to use an existing Free Email Credit, follow these steps:
You’ll get a message: Congratulations! yourname@coolexample.com is being created. Click on Send to send notification to your Gfxbandits account email, or enter a different email address.
You’ll receive a confirmation email with links to set up an email client for your desktop or mobile device, manage your online storage, and set up group calendars.
Your new email account and addresses should be ready to use within 90 minutes. Once available, you can access your email(s) at email.secureserver.net.
To Configure POP for Your Email Account
- Create an account with your email client.
- In the client for which you want to configure POP, locate the POP settings and enter the following:
Username
Your full email address
Password
Your email account password
Incoming Mail Server
Your incoming server.
Outgoing Mail Server
Your outgoing server.
Incoming Port
Without SSL – 110
With SSL – 995
Outgoing Port
Without SSL – one of the following 25, 80, 3535
With SSL – 465
Set Up IMAP for Your Email Account
- Create an account with your email client.
- In the client for which you want to configure IMAP, locate the IMAP settings and enter the following:
Username
Your full email address
Password
Your email account password

- Go to the Email Setup Center and log in with your email address and password. (Alternatively, you can also access the Email Setup Center From Web-Based Email.
- Just go to Tools and click Email Setup Center.)
- Under Email Server Settings make a note of your Incoming and Outgoing Servers as well as the ports to use.
